FEEDBACK

Week 2

Don’t delay and don’t write dissertation last minute. Have progress each week. Put in your title, can be similar to previous research titles. Add pie chart or bar chart to results. Revisit your literature review. Compare three different articles.
 

Week 3

Pick a working title for three suggested title which has to reflect the overall content including secondary data. Must compare data on all three article.
 

Week 4

Add incitation, make compelling arguments, recall to first section for starting of the methodology. Flow charts are used to visualize research methodology. Don’t use I or we in dissertation.
 

Week 5

Need to describe method as an overview. Correct the word ‘linkin’. Write in a past tense format. Put the questions into a table so that it would be neater and add question number on the side. Use third person to refer to yourself.
 

Week 6

Discussion can be about comparing or even arguing against and is simply showcasing your understanding with your own research. Conceptual diagram is required.
 

Week 10

Typography plays a big role, doddle a bit for a more better cover design. ‘The’ can be smaller. Spacing is too loose. The name should be smaller. Play around and see which one look better.
 

Week 11

Balance the table of the content. ‘Table of content’ can be place below the pages. There must be more than one column to make the pages look interesting. Pick an example from the Pinterest and base your design from there.
 

Week 12

Discussion for a concise dissertation. You may focus on a single research question and the length will be limited. Ensure that you highlight what is important.
 

Week 13

Split into multiple objectives, similarly the questions. Focus on one objective for your discussion in the article. Pick a title from the three suggestions.
 

Week 14 

The article is separated from the thesis, write it in way that doesn’t mix the two together and use past tense. Include graphs and tables in the result section. Reword a few sentences from the methodology section for clarification

REFLECTION

This semester has been rather chaotic for me with the amount of assignments having to deal with, especially with research dissertation and challenged my time management skill. Research dissertation does not have as much assignment in comparison to the others but it may have been because of this, I have place this module behind the backburner for too long. I have face multitude of obstacles in this module, some of it that I'll admit is self inflicted. One such challenge is the proper communication with my lecturer. Due to circumstances that cuts me off from the main platform of communication, telegram and my personal neglect towards MyTeams in general has made me missed one the most crucial text from the lecturer. However I missed it and it is too late by the time I realize my mistake. What I can do from this day forward to to stay vigilant and keep the notification on in MyTimes.
