LECTURE
There are no lectures for this week as it is an independent study week.
PRACTICE
There is no practice being assigned for this week but I was working on My
Tiger poster for the finishing touches as this project has been assigned few
weeks ago but I have not include the process of making the poster in the
previous week.
The first thing I did is to collect inspiration for the poster supposedly
but I have already have reference material I have gather from my previous
class. Here are the few materials that inspire my poster.

After taking another look at my inspirational poster, I begin to sketch down
some ideas for the MyTiger posters. Here are the two sketches:

Fig 2.2 Sketch 2
I decide to pick the second sketch and proceed with the digitization
process. First I collected all the elements I need for the poster.
Fig 3 Materials
After collecting all the thing I have needed, I start the digitization
process. I first start to Photoshop a polluted wasteland. Then I masked the
edited picture into the tiger. Outside the tiger, I put a wallpaper of a
rain forest. Then I do the finishing touches.

During consultation, however, Mr. Fauzi says that the poster should be
portrait instead of landscape. So I realign the poster and give it a touch a
few more times and here is the final result:
This project is perhaps one of the more 'serious' project. What I mean by
that is that this feels much official, like an exam of sorts. This is mainly
due to it being a competition with real actual prizes. I don't really like
competitions so doing this competition actually pushes me out of my comfort
zone and emailing my work for stranger to see. That is perhaps one I find
most challenging as I don't like to show my work to people I don't even
know. In this project, I really get to put all the Photoshop knowledge I
have learnt over the weeks of this semester into creating this poster and
use all of them to create one poster.
